Every vegetable from Village Grown Organic is hand harvested and processed to deliver only the best textures and flavors to consumers.  Hand harvesting and hand processing prevents many defects such as bruising and scarring normally associated with machines.  More importently, hand harvesting and processing allows Village Grown Organic to grow "heirloom" varieties of vegetables that won't stand up to machine processing, but have better flavors and are more tender than varieties designed to stand up to the rigors of machine handling.

From Seed To Table:

We are grower, pack and shipper of 100% certified IQF organic fruit and vegetables with no additives or preservatives.  Product grown from Non-GMO seed is IQF processed within 2 hours of harvesting to preserve nutrition and flavor.
