Using skills developed over centuries, Kikkoman Teriyaki Takumi Collection Spicy Miso flavor is carefully crafted with special, quality ingredients. This sauce begins with naturally brewed soy sauce that’s sweetened with traditional sweet rice wine, mirin. Then quintessential Asian ingredients: sesame seeds, miso, a rich fermented soybean paste and gochujang, a piquant chili paste, are blended in to create a thick, smooth, bold sauce.
